1. Agreement to Terms

You are responsible for using our work in accordance with your institution’s academic integrity policies and with appropriate citations where required.

3. Orders & Delivery

When you place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information including your brief, word count, deadline, and any guidelines from your tutor. We will endeavour to deliver your order by the agreed deadline. Delivery times depend on the complexity and length of the work. If we anticipate any delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Work is delivered electronically via email or through our platform. It is your responsibility to download and save your files promptly.

4. Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated. Payment is required before work begins or as agreed at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods displayed on our website. All transactions are processed through trusted payment partners.

5. Revisions

We offer free revisions when the delivered work does not meet the original order brief. Revision requests must be submitted within the revision period stated at the time of order (typically 14–30 days). Requests must clearly explain what needs to be changed and must remain within the scope of the original brief. New requirements or additional content may require a supplementary order.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis when we fail to deliver on time or materially fail to meet the agreed brief. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@studenthelpers.com.

7. Confidentiality

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the delivered work for personal, educational, and reference purposes. We retain the right to use anonymised order data for quality assurance and service improvement. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish our work as your own original work without appropriate attribution and in compliance with academic standards.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Student Helpers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
